THE ORIGINAL 1,2,3 JUMP

1,2,3 Jump was first originated in 2004 to teach jump rope skills to adults in an effort to improve their cardi
ovascular endurance and overall fitness levels.  This one-hour clinic was held in conjunction with “Learn How to Box” and “The Next Level of Fitness” instructed by Wilmenia Gripper, Mike Dixon, and Phillip Henderson at Peak Fitness in Concord, NC.

1,2,3 Jump was then offered as a thirty-minute aerobics class during the summer months at Peak Fitness.  It would not be until a two years later that 1,2,3 Jump reemerged.  This time with children in mind and a concept redesigned to get more children jumpin!
